Pine Barrens Adventure Rally at Seven Mountains and Mid-Atlantic Overland Festival August 10th Friday Dirt 101 

This is a beginner to intermediate one day course on how to ride a big dual sport or adventure bike off pavement.  We cover basic balance, cornering, acceleration, braking, ruts, puddles, and sand. We also focus on line selection, throttle control, balance and gearing. You will have fun, while being challenged, learning the foundations of off pavement riding.

Pine Barrens Adventure Rally at Seven Mountains and Mid-Atlantic Overland Festival August 11th Saturday Advanced Adventure

This is an advanced course for riders who are at an intermediate to advanced skill level. Dirt 101 or verifiable experience required. Riders will go through a review of basic skills and then move into more advanced clutch and throttle finesse and timing, balance, technical terrain, power and brake sliding, log hopping, jumping, ruts and slick conditions, as well as advanced rock and mud techniques.

This is a beginner to intermediate weekend course on how to ride a big dual sport or adventure bike off pavement.  We cover basic balance, cornering, acceleration, braking, ruts, puddles, and sand. We also focus on line selection, throttle control, balance and gearing. You will have fun, while being challenged, learning the foundations of off pavement riding.

We venture into Wharton, Penn, and Bass River State Forests on our Sunday Adventure ride, when you will practice what you learned in real world conditions.

Lodging not included. We recommend the Hammonton Econolodge, which is appx 5 miles from the training field. Mention the PBAC to get special pricing.

Entry Fee: $575, includes Saturday lunch and dinner and Sunday lunch. Water, soft drinks and snacks are provided during the class and with meals.

Lodging not included. We recommend a google search for the area around Whiting, NJ or Chatsworth, NJ. Lakehurst Travel Inn is the closest. School location: Wheatland, NJ.
